Act client
Overall, flexible, pleasant and listens carefully. He makes realistic, long-term and client-centred assumptions unlike hospital doctors. The social work team he responds to can be a problem. They will stigmatize and make novice and unhelpful assessments. However, Dr. Tighe will sort through with his expertise and confront the situation with a follow-up. Be sure to represent yourself well so he can give you the benefit of the doubt. He will make time for you when you request and he seems to respect your privacy.
