Although I have given Dr. Kovacs a 'superior' rating in three of the categories, I am not certain about 'punctuality'. As Dr. Kovacs provides flexible time for each patient, ending each session at its natural time, I occasionally wait for her previous session to end. However, I fervently support flexible time, as I believe in the premise, and often benefit from the extra time she allows me. BTW: i would not add 'trustworthy' to the category of 'punctual'. There is no logical connection between the two attributes. Although Dr. Kovacs may not always be punctual, she is utterly trustworthy in every sense.
