Dr.Schogt changed my life. After being diagnosed with Bipolar II disorder I saw quite a few psychiatrists that were never the right fit. I felt completely at ease with her and was able to really open up about myself, my mistakes and current challenges without judgement. She helped me sort out my life, my feelings, make better decisions and discover my true self after years of being lost. I saw her 2-3 times a week for a few years and left our appointments feeling empowered and ready to handle life's challenges. With her help I was able to return to school and am now a nurse. I moved away from the city a few years ago but remain high functioning with only occasional fluctuations which I am able to manage with independent cognitive behaviour therapy principles that I learned with her. It was a pleasure working with her and I highly recommend her to anyone needing assistance through a difficult time.
