This Doctor is a failure to build a practice. He spent over 30 years and an obscure and ineffective hospital in the suburbs in a cushy and ineffectual position. This is why he conducts defense medical exams for the insurance company. He could never build a competent practice of his own. He does not have the ability to do so. He indicates that he has some education in Psychiatry. Namely a degree from Buenos Ares argentina in of all thing Psychology, I was told!!! He wrote a most dishonest and unfathomable report and attacked my good doctor's credibility and competence instead of examining his own incompetence. My good doctor is paid less than $150 dollars per 45 min session by OHIP. This man in contrast is paid several thousand $$$$ by your insurance company!!!! Who is he inclined to favor in his report? I hope you decide correctly. He IS NOT a "kind and good /compassionate doctor, helping the injured and disabled to receive benefits. Instead his directive is to get you off benefits. I solemnly guarantee you will be removed from benefits after visiting him for the Insurance Medical exam. It is not Independent at all. Let your lawyer deal with him in cross-examination. You will be very satisfied indeed with the help of a legal professional to deal with his "medico legal exam" and his ahem...."medical opinion" Caveat emptor

Saw Dr. Zielinsky for an IME and was hesitant based on other comments. He is an exceptionally professional and kind man. Would highly recommend. It's unfortunate that I cannot see him on an ongoing basis.

RIPLEY

A wretch who profits from disabled people and denying them duty of care. This miserable and dishonest man is testament to how your the very system you pay into for years denies you simply because $ are at stake. I could not believe the lies and deception that this man wrote in his report. Items never discussed, untruths, and plain lies to make himself look impartial and the company innocent.

I chose this Dr for my IME in 2000. Boy was I in for a rude awakening! I was treated in an inconsiderate manner by this doctor. My employer told me that I was being sent to this IME because my "doctor refused to provide adequate information". I thought that this man was going to help me just as perhaps the other reviewers did. Instead he began in not so many words to telling me that I was not sick and able to return to work. I left his office feeling devastated and stripped bare of all my dignity. None of my medical condition was discussed. Instead he suspiciously looked at me from over his clipboard which only showed his eyes and I knew I was defeated. He then wrote a report that was not surprisingly in favor of the employer. I don't know how this is allowed to happen in a country like CANADA! He does not help bt I should have known. I simply trusted this man far to much to do the right thing because he is a doctor.
