I have been a patient of his since '95, he has always been very caring, up to date with medical advances and easy to be open with. He takes the time needed to educate you on how to improve your situation, therefore you usually have to wait a bit (past your appt. time) to see him. His secretary leaves a lot to be desired, the voicemail box is usually full, and she doesn't return calls, This makes it hard to get an appointment. She seems to be overwhelmed, though when he hired another receptionist, there was discord and the new person left. Regrettably.
