Staff should be available during hours that psychiatrist are working. The office environment does not belong in this rating, as the space provided is very limited. Dr. Zakaria gives me hope! I have been seeing him for almost 15 years and he is by far one of the best. He advised me many years ago that the patient had to inform their doctor about "whats happening" in one's life therefore providing the tools for him to work with. I have seen many psychiatrist both in the USA and Canada. As far as punctuality goes I know often times we have been discussing something and my time goes over. However I find that I rarely wait beyond my appointed time and Dr. Zakaria often apologizes for any lateness on his part. Thank you Dr Z!
