This is one of the best care centres in Ottawa as far as I'm concerned. The staff (non-medical), were always courteous and very helpful. I was with them for over 12 years and never had a single complaint. The nursing staff were equally helpful and courteous during the time I spent there as a client. My original Doctor, who unfortunately retired was the best thing since sliced bread! ( Dr. Liz Roberts) My only disappoinment was when I had to get a new Dr. and had major problems with them, I did not receive the support I thought was appropriate. As a result of that one incident I decided I had to leave as I could not get another Doctor there to take me as a client.
