Doctor Richard Whatley is a kind and courteous Physician. He does not ever make you feel as if he is in a hurry, in spite of how busy he must be as a Family Physician. He has been my Physician for many years now ( I am 75 ) He listens and is respectful if you choose not to want to take certain medications. His Staff has been with him a very long time and they too are gracious and will fit you in if possible, if you feel unwell. I am personally not a person who actually likes having to see a Physician BUT when I know it is necessary then I make an appointment. That may be because I have noted that many people run to the Doctor for very insignificant reasons. I feel we, in Canada, are extremely fortunate to have the Health Care we have so I choose not seek assistance when it is actually required. Misty Santana
