asked by phone & in person.for assistance for my parent 87 & 91, for home evaluation...referred me to hospital clinic. hospital clinic, said no, that i need a request from their MD...i had asked 2.., and they referred me to the clsc...all this runaround, not at all like in brochure for keeping seniors in their home.. they need a nurse to come over for blood tests,. evaluate their home, suggest, or loan them equipment to assist them in hygiene. make sure that they are using the medication properly... And i disagree with paying $6 parking in an empty lot to go into the building... my mother used the ER , 4 times in February, 3 times by dialing 911..
