The nurses are wonderful and the staff very courteous. The system of booking routine appointments is terrible. You can spend your entire morning (on the one day per month allocated for booking appointments), hearing nothing but a busy signal. By lunch all of the appointments are booked by those lucky enough to get through. My children have missed over half of their first year visits because of this.
