Disappointed
I take a relative of mine to this clinic every couple months and I am very disappointed that every time she has booked an appointment and arrived 15 minutes early we are still forced to wait two to three hours to see my relatives doctor. The staff are not welcoming or even polite and everytime I ask how much longer it will be for my relative to see the doctor I am told "very soon" and nothing else. This clinic is also primarily east Indian clients and staff which is great if you don't speak English well because many of the staff speak various languages and can help you but the wait time is unacceptable, the office itself is cluthere and dirty (dusty shelves, muddy floors, and ripped broken chairs), and the staff are not polite or friendly
