I have found that Dr. Stancer is very helpful and listens very intently when describing your situation, I think she is one of the best doctors I've had. Her receptionists are not on the other hand. I just booked an appointment today and the newer receptionist was very cold and annoyed with asking for a particular time to see Dr. Stancer. I almost felt compelled to call back and let her know that her attitude was unacceptable and unnecessary. They had a nice blonde lady there for years and i no longer see her no more but they replaced her with this other lady NOT FRIENDLY. I don't understand why they have to act this way to people who are dealing with an illness or a medical concern. It doesn't cost nothing to be nice and empathetic to the patients. Perhaps this place needs positive quotes around the office. :) Dr Stancer is the best!

Dr. Stancer is warm and understanding, she never rushes you and is always attentive. The receptionists are rude and unhelpful and it takes everything I have to sit quietly as I listen to them talk to patients either in person or on the phone. Dr. Stancer is worth putting up with the horrible receptionists though.

I love this office, Karen Stacer is one of the BEST doctors out there. We always feel great going to see her & know she is one of the best in her field :)

Excellent dr. We have a lot of confidence in her. Receptionists rude, brusque, usually unhelpful.

Dr. Stancer is warm, caring and very attentive. She also is very mindful of the power dynamic between patient and doctor and actively involves patients in the process. Excellent practitioner with a refreshing understanding of the ethics of fostering caring and attentive interactions with her patients.
