Dr. Aghanajafi has been, undoubtedly one of the best medical professionals I have ever dealt with. Her "no nonsense" approach encouraged me to take a more active role in maintaining my own good health. My mother, Joan, and I were patients of Dr. A. for several years and always felt that we received attentive, courteous, professional, caring service from her and her staff--namely Mila, who is truly a treasure.

I was "inherited" from Dr. Greenwood's practise. The staff is the same and I found them easy to work with and conscientious. They have moved to a newer, updated office across the street. Unfortunately, I always get the feeling that I am seen as a burden rather than a valued patient, and that her own patients matter more. There is always a long wait in the office but, to be fair, I have never had a doctor who was any more punctual.. I get the feeling that this doctor has taken Yield Maximization seminars. Asking more than a couple of questions always leads to being asked to make another appointment. There are charges for things other doctors never charged me for, and Dr. Aghanajafi conducts all exams with me fully clothed, which I have never encountered before. When I make an effort to communicate my concerns, she listens and communicates respectfully and with seemingly genuine concern, but nothing changes. After more than two years, I feel that I have given her enough of a chance and would have moved to another doctor if I could find one.

I found the office very old looking and in need of updating. The staff working there are very rude and inconsiderate of people's time or schedule.
