Dr. Lars Refling is malicious and does not care for the wellbeing of his former patients. He deliberately wrote on my medical records that it was impossible for me to graduate from university. Meanwhile, I have since graduated from Niagara University and Brock University. I hold both a bachelor of arts and a bachelor of science. He is a fine example of a doctor who lies and cheats his patients!
