Professional services are - as they say in the profession - “unremarkable”. As an exclusive club (i.e.: not a “walk-in” clinic open to the general population), the biggest issue in need of a rethink is the LACK OF ACCESS to the doctors for patients rostered at the clinic. What was once a well-oiled machine with online bookings is now a rusting shell of its former self with the telephone gatekeepers ensuring patients are kept “siloed” to (their) one - and only - doctor. It’s no wonder some doctors are leaving! In fact, a word of advice to those patients with this clinic: Start looking for a new doctor NOW before you get a “so long sucker” letter in the mail from your FFHC doctor.
