I have suffered severe pain from trigeminal neuralgia for many years. After two surgeries, nerve blockers and pain medication but still suffering pain I went to Dr. Mangesh Inamder at PCC Pain Clinic in Oakville. He reviewed my medications but was at a loss to prescribe anything else. However, as a last resort he suggested a prescription gel to be applied directly to the gum area when required. The relief was almost immediate and lasts sometimes for four or more hours. This was an inspired idea of the doctor's and had not occurred to any other doctor I visited. I am so grateful, Thank you very much, Dr. Inamder.
