Dr. Chin is a great doctor. The practice, however, has gone down in the last two years due to overbooking and regular wait times of between 90+ minutes and 2 hours from your appointment time to see the doctor. His secretary Helen can be extremely abrasive and dismissive when you call for an appointment. Sometimes it is almost as though you're doing something wrong calling for an appointment. As a result, the quality of care has diminished considerably and we are looking for another practice with more consideration for our time and a less chatty and more attentive staff.

I've been with Dr. Chin since 16 and he is a great doctor. His secretary Helen or however you spell it talks too much and needs to pay attention. A few times I've seen Dr. Chin physically tell her to get phone calls or to check patients in because she's too much chatting up a storm in her mother tongue, or she's too busy doing something else. Pardon my rant but, Dr. Chin is only one man and sometimes the wait to get in is too busy. He has taken on too much patients and I feel that over the years, the care he has provided for me has declined over the years.
