Dr.Shime is great doctor. He is one of the best doctoer I have ever had! But..unfortunetely, the receptionist is horrible. She is not helpful or understandable at all. Too bad for the doctor.Sorry to say this but it is time to consider changing the receptionist.

Honestly, I don't know about facility and equipment very much because I am not a medical personnel. However, I had a very bad experience with the staff. I was sexually harassed by one participant in a group treatment. I reported it to the staff, but she did not take any action. Sexual harassment is against the Ontario Human Rights Code. The staff here is NOT ethical.
