I’ve been going to Woburn Medical Centre for over 20 years now. The administrative Staff is very polite and professional. The doctors are all very professional and will take the time to listen to you. I always feel very comfortable in knowing I only discuss my medical concerns/issues with my doctor. The office can do with a bit of an update in the appearance. Sometimes I do have a short wait to see my physician but it is worth every minute. The medical treatment I receive is very thorough and exceptional. Generally speaking the administrative Staff is very calm and polite even when dealing with patients who are very rude and abusive towards them.

Doctors are extremely patient and thoughtful. Despite a huge caseload, my doctor knows me by name and knows my records. They are behind schedule with appointments because the doctors are willing to listen and the staff will admit you without an appointment when you have an urgent issue. I love my doctor!

the washrooms are always dirty and flooded. staff is really inapropriate and very rude. they yell at you and make fun of the clients

The Dr.Office receptionist are very rude towards the patients. The office in general is very un-organized and I don't think the office has a proper way of performing daily administrative and secreterial duties. The receptionist needs courses on customer service and organizational lessons.
