Staff very rude and inconsiderate, the doctor is very compassionate but the front desk staff is a big hindrance to this practice

Enjoy coming here rather than going anywhere else in edmonton. The receptionist even remember my full name! I really wasn't expecting that from a big city like Edmonton considering I've only been here once! Bonus, the pharmacy is next door so seeing the doctor and filling your prescription is a one stop deal!

They are kind and courteous, they always help me in a timely fashion. Very kind and actually listen to you and diagnose without just sending you home with a script you don't need.

A couple of the front counter staff have no manners as well as no patience for helping you out. They can become rude and unpleseant to deal with.
