the ladies on the front desk are very impolite and rude.they treat people with less respect.they are not patient to listen to people's questions and even when they do,they are very sarcastic.sometimes i wonder if they really like their job.the doctors are ok especially dr.lu.they enviroment is condusive for medical purposes.
