The doctor I saw was great. I felt listened to and well taken care of. The front staff were friendly and the place is clean. I highly recommend this clinic.

Absolutely Appalled
Westglen Medical Centre is stuck in the stone age. Patients who happen to be female are denied basic services. It is hard to believe that this still happens in this day and age in a modern country. Check this out before you step foot in this terrible place: http://bit.ly/1jW5S4N

I would avoid this clinic at all costs. After being a patient there for many years, they sent me a bill for $40.00 for a missed appointment that was not even booked. I called them the morning of my scheduled appointment to confirm the appointment and they said, I did not have an appointment booked at all that day. They offered me an appointment in the afternoon, but that time did not work. A few days later, they have the nerve to send me a bill for a missed appointment. When I contact the office and ask to speak with the office manager, the receptionist says no I cannot speak to anyone and just hangs up on me. When I called back, she again keeps hanging up on me, yet tells me I need to speak with my doctor. This clinic treats people like #@$&, so unless you want them to send you fraudulent bills and hang up on you when you question them about it, I would find another medical clinic.

Incredibly disapointed with the doctors in this clinic. After searching for a female doctor for 5 years in this city that was in the quadrant of the city that i live in; i finally found one at this clinic last year, only to be dumped by the doctor in less that a year because of reduced hours. There was NO help in transfering to another doctor in the clinic; other than that there might be a returning female doctor taking patients in November. I was told to call back the third week of Novermber and ask for the new doctor. When I phoned I was told she wouldn't be taking patients until December 1. When I phoned back today to book an appointment I was told she was already fully booked as she started taking patients a week earlier; and that I am too late and I can try back yet again. I am incredibly frustrated and disappointed. It is hard enough to find a doctor in this city.

Very disappointed with walk in hours of clinic, hours on door state open till 9 Monday to Friday. We showed up at 7:14 pm to locked doors as the walk in doctor decided to go home early. This is NOT the first time. Perhaps the hours posted on door should state open 9am to ? as this fits more with the "who cares" attitude of the walk in physician.
