I almost always get an appointment when I need one. If I can't, I've gone to the after hours walk-in clinic they provide at the same location and I usually got to see my own doctor there since its the same doctors from the regular clinic who take turns doing the after hours one. All the staff at this clinic are always very professional, personable and efficient. They always make me feel comfortable and don't make me feel rushed. Dr. Susan MacLean is excellent. She makes me feel very comfortable and answers all of my questions. I can ask her about more than one thing per visit. She is very knowledgeable and takes time to explain things. I have been going to Dr. Susan MacLean and this clinic for years now and would recommend it to anyone.

staff, facility and equipment was ok. Although there are times I can't get through to the appt desk. I just signed up and once home checked out what I signed. These doctors get paid a lump sum for patients and going to a walk in clinic is not to be done as the clinic would have to pay them. I tried to get an appt which I was told a 2 wk wait (and yes it would be this way for awhile) was the norm. So, I went to the after hours walk in clinic they have only to be told by the doctor there my reason for coming was not 'urgent' enough, even though the pain I felt to me was urgent, certainly not appropriate to wait 2 wks?? So, my question is where am I supposed to go for health care? The government has given them a lump sum payment to look after me, they have the money but I can't get in and am not supposed to go anywhere else?

Dr. Abdule Malik which I see is not even listed under the dr.s here to be very unprofessional and not helpful. Infact she told me that I was abusing the government buy going for ultrasounds and told me there is nothing she can do to help me or recommend a specialist. I am definitely going to report this as i consider this to be poor treatment from a family dr. she also asked if she ever saw me before and I have been to her at least three times prior which she forgot to record in her notes. Very scary! She also told me that they do not call for results on any tests i need to call her? I left in tears as this is my health since when can we not trust a dr to give us results or help guide us to a specialist to solve health concerns. This is very disturbing! She is never helpful and never has anything to say I call her an express dr as your in and out she doesn t care to be bothered!
