I called into the Scarborough office this morning and asked if I could schedule an appointment to see a doctor today. She told me that the clinic is very busy and I should call back at noon the make the appointment. I was asking another question and she interjected by saying "Thank you" and hung up on me. I called again and the same lady answered the call. I told her that I actually had more questions to ask and it was rude of her to hang up before I've asked the question. She told me that I should come for the walk-in at 11AM. I told her I was confused as she had told me previously that I am able to make appointments at noon. At this point, she was extremely agitated and I was tired of this poor service. I asked for the number in the Markham location. Honestly, the doctors working in this clinic isn't bad but the administrative staff is a joke. Tim Hortons is busier than this doctor's office and I swear I get better service.

The staff (receptionists and doctors) are incredibly incompetent. They try to churn people in and out as quickly as possible. The only good dr there is Dr. Mansukani. He's pretty patient and professional. Unless you are seeing him, I'd would suggest that you go elsewhere.

This clinic is very helpful and convinient, dr. Douketis is very professional and so is their staff especially fasia who is always pleSant and a real good help.

This place is horrible. I called earlier and as I was talking she fully cut me off and said come before 1 30.... Out of no where not even knowing what I was going to ask. I then asked is it busy right now? And she says no, that's why I said come before 1 30. First of all the staff were so mean... One asked me to fill out a form and I did while standing at the reception, she then says "can you sit back down and fill it out". I could not believe the rude tone that came out of her. Was I that much of a problem to fill out a 1 minute form at the reception? Secondly, the doctor seemed like a jackass. He put me down more than helped me. He put down all the things I was doing about my illness and at one point got a little aggressive. He had such a harsh tone and seemed like he was yelling and about to blow up at any minute. He was not friendly nor nice or smiling... Just aggressive and a little impatient. I could not wait to get out of there. Lastly, as I was leaving the clinic they had locked the main door which did not seem to open ok matter how I turned the lock. I was there for a good 30 seconds trying to figure it out. At this point the receptionist came and saw me and saw that I couldn't open the door and just walked away. Absolutely horrible. No manners.. Filthy people. Never going again. That doctor should be fired along with that inconsiderate staff.

Doctors are fine but the staff is terrible - maybe she is trying to help them improve. But I finally met the owner of the clinic after my latest ordeal and he clearly is setting a bad example. After a series of issues with this place, I have learned to be very specific with them and call to confirm etc etc etc. I only go in once a year for a physical so I figured I can deal with it. I called in advance and her staff told me to just walk in and they can help. Except they changed walk in hours the next day and shortened them. I got there 20 second too late. Her staff saw me coming but still locked the door, and ignored me. When I finally got in, and I was livid, the owner accused me of not respecting doctors and I'm just full of complaints. I respect Dr. Khan - but I don't respect her staff or the owner who said that to me. This owner who has "35 years of experience" does not respect patients. Thank goodness another patient who was there waiting completely backed me up and was able to calmly tell my side of the story. I used to think the staff was just not so great. Now I know the problem is poor leadership. If he has such a low opinion of patients, he probably spreads that to the staff, resulting in a lack of attention.
