Reception staff is very unpleasant, consistently not even basic ethics in person or over the phone. Physicians who practice in this clinic are nice

I have been with Applewood Village Medical Associates since 1970. I find the staff to be very helpful and the doctors fantastic. Wait times are very good, and the Saturday Clinic - excellent. The nurses who take the blood are very professional and again wait time is minimal. My only complaint would be the phone lines, not sure if they are using a new system or need a new system, at times you are left on hold for about 10 minutes before the sytem exits and you are forced to call back and nine times out of ten they are closed for the day. Other than that, I would not hesitate to recommmend.
