I went to Landmark Collaborative Health today. They are organized, when I booked the appointment I immediately received a mail with the schedule and in that time I was very impressed with the clinic. The clinic is very clean, comfortable and bright. We arrived and we were immediately welcomed for the receptionist. On schedule that the clinic sent to me, my son would see the nurse at 2:30, my daughter 2:45, and at 3:00 the doctor would see my son, and 3:30 she would see my daughter. Around 2:45 the nurse called us, he did the vitals and guided us for the waiting room. Around 3:30 I asked the receptionist how long would we need to wait, and she said to me that she would ask the nurse. I waited for more 15 min and no one came to say nothing to me. Around 3:45 I decided to leave and only this point the receptionist said to me that the doctor was probably late 1 hour. For me it was unacceptable we were in the clinic for more than 1 hour and no one had the sense of commitment to say that the doctor was outrageously late ? I can't express my disappointment with this doctor Dr. Viktoria Pankiv, it wasn't the first time that she saw my kids, in the first time she was late 30 min, not perfect, but it was ok, but today was more than the disrespectful, she can be a good doctor but absolutely she doesn't have respect for her clients, for me this is very important in a doctor, especially for a pediatrician. Absolutely it was 90% fault of the doctor, but the clinic has 10%, because no one came and gave me the choice to wait or just reschedule. My daughter had an important appointment and she missed because we couldn't arrive on time. More incredible about this is if the patient arrive 5 or 10 minutes late, many doctors don't see the patients, but the client need to be very patient and understand everything about the doctors.
