I have been in many hospitals over the years but the care and proffessionalism shown here is out of this world. EVERY one worked together as a team from the janitor in the hall to the surgeon in the OR. They all treated you as someone special.

Dr.Fellows helped me so much through the nightmare of an abortion.The best medical I have ever met. The staff in the preoperation sector is not calm or caring enough.The lady who prepared me for the operation was not gentle at all. She put my boots on my bed where I was lying in. How can a nurse have that little sense of keeping the room around a patient clean? All the staff in the operation room was very friendly and calm.Giving me the feeling that i can trust them and let go. The staff in the postoperative care was mixed. The first nurse was loud and rough.How can you be like this with someone just waking up? The second nurse was very nice and calm. But the staff in the pre-and postoperative care has definitely put more energy in taking care of the patients as humans beings in difficult situations and put less energy in chatting loudly with each other. The appointment that I got from the social worker for the abortion was 9:30.At the check in counter the again unfriendly lady told me I am scheduled for 1:30!Horrible waiting for all these hours when you are pregnant,without food and water.
