The waiting area is very cheaply done. There is no reading material- not that this matters because the lights to read by are not working.

The staff seem quite willing to help, there was a couple of very diff md's there in the past but it seems they are not part of the group anymore , enjoy every visit.

Staff are rude. Average wait time in my experience has been about an hour.
