My physican is Dr Wilhelm. She is an excellent clinician. She takes the time to hear your concerns and always acts quickly on anything that she may find questionable. She explains things thoroughly and my children always feel comfortable talking to her. Dr Wilhelm is exceptional and my family is extremely fortunate to have her as our gp.

There should be at least one room that would accommidate a wheelchair. The halls are always crowded, many obstacles to get around. My sister (who has cerebral palsy) was misdiagnosed by two doctors. A registered nurse friend diagnosed her. Then we took her to emerge where they properly diagnosed her, totally agreeing with our nurse friend. She has cellulitis a very dangerous disease. She has had it for over a month now. After having her at home for a couple of weeks she returned to her apartment. Her feet swelled once again and CCAC was called, her nurse called the clinic and Dr. Yoo was told that my sisters feet were critical and that she needed an atibiodic with a drip. She proceded to put a port in her arm and call the clinic office. The nurse expressed the urgency of starting her on antibiodics ASAP. Dr. Yoo said she would fax the perscription in and that the night nurse could hook her up to the port. It is now 8:00 and we find out that Dr. Yoo did not phone in the perscription. So the nurse came out to hook up the medicfation that Dr Yoo was to fax in and of course could not and my sister now has to wait another day. This is unacceptable especially when the RN expressed how urgent it was to get my sister on the drip. I am not impressed.
