Frustrated In Cambridge
We find the daytime clinic rather helpful, although it is near impossible to be given a same day appointment. It is clear that the number of patient to Doctor ratio isn't working. As for the "after hours clinic". What a complete waste of time. You call in. Speak to a receptionist. Then are told that a Nurse will call you back to discuss your symptoms. By that time, the clinic is usually closed. We are now looking for another Doctor and medical team for our family.

Top notch organization. Staff is very professional and responsive. Reception, INR clinic, doctors and support staff are great and honestly care about their patients. I rate them all 10 out of 10!

This Clinic, its staff and physicians is the best that I have ever attended. My husband and I were "medical orphans" and were delighted to be accepted, two years ago by this awesome clinic. The receptionists are friendly and take time to help-esp. elderly people, to understand their appointment schedules. The Nurses and Nurse Practitioners have wonderful interpersonal skills as well as up-to-date expertise. I attend the INR Clinic on Wednesdays and it is a pleasure to be there. Zoe, Jenn, Meika and others are welcoming, friendly, well-versed in the latest medical updates and are so cheerful. Our physician, Dr. Geddes is exceptional and treats the patient holistically and with great care and thoroughness. He creates an atmosphere of trust, respect and confidence in his patients! In summary, the entire clinic runs in a smooth and efficient but relaxed fashion. I feel we are in the best care situation possible, that exceeds all of our hopes and expectations. I would also like to add that this Clinic offers many, varied great services available for those in need-from new baby care teaching to psychological counselling, diabetic care and healthy-living groups, it covers all stages of life.
