Average doctors, not competent or hardworking, they would go to holidays every now and then without considering someone's critical condition, referred my wife for ultrasound which was totally unnecessary at that point and even ultrasound technician mentioned that too, Most of the time they would not suggest anything but try to getaway without any proper diagnostic or remedy to the problem, I wonder why health services has not taken any action yet, and they are ready to register new patients anytime waiting time is long, greedy people!

The doctors are okay, but the the nurses are extremely rude. They have a sign up in the office which says something along the lines of, "Be courteous to our staff, we do not talk to rude customers", and I find that extremely contradictory. I switched family doctors because of this.

Both doctors are wonderful. The nurses are extremely rude to the point of being inhospitable. I would rather wait for an hour at Credit Valley Hospital for my blood test then spend five minutes with the nurses at Trelawney Medical Centre. I think that they failed customer relations class.
