THCC is realy good medical centre and the staff are really helpfull. The Doctors are available every time I go there .

The nursing staffs are rude and unprofessional. Never respect patient or answer their questions in a proper way. You can clearly notice discrimination based on your ethnicity. Those with a bit language barrier are treated worse. The nursing staffs from African origin are extremely rude having accent issue too difficult to understand by the patient. There is no respect for your turn and it is up to the nurse to decide who will see the doctor first. If you show your concern the nurse will stay that they are not suppose to give you’re an explanation. When you talk to the doctor he/she will say that they have no control over nurses what they are doing outside. The community accept the behaviour whatever they get and the nurses know it and treat them like being in African or South Asia. The staffs somehow feel proud being rude or when exercise their power specially when helping their friends or relatives out of their turn. A true example of mismanagement and unprofessionalism you can see in this walk in clinic.

place needs updating, fans good sitting chairs magazines fixtures etc poorly handled crowd control centre needs some matured qualified proffessional customer service staff to handled the front desk
