My only concern with the Welcare Centre is the receptionist staff. I have been a patient for over 7 years and have rarely had a pleasant experience with the young women at the front desk. The last time I was there for an appointment three receptionists gossiped about clients while I could clearly hear their conversation. Don't expect helpful service by any means

The receptionists in the office, for the most part, are great. There are times when they answer the phone inappropriately (too loudly or too abruptly) but they are young so hopefully this is something they will grow out of. They are always friendly and usually very accommodating so you can overlook the negatives.
