Upon arrival at suite 502, I can honestly say that the office staff are cordial & helpful. However, I am not amused by personal conversations among the staff when the phone lines are ringing. To answer, "Dr.'s Office, can you hold?" and not wait for an acknowledgement or acceptance--is insulting to the caller. For my last appt in March, I had to call a few times a day over a 3 day period. The office closed recording came on prematurely, the office closed for lunch stayed on long pass the lunch period. The IVR is not patient friendly and neither is the hurried voice of a receptionist/office clerk.
