My son went to Strandherd Crossing Med Centre clinic on a Tuesday because of a bump on his earlobe that was red, painful and extremely swollen. The doctor told him to go and get an Ultrasound and made an appointement for him the following Tuesday. This seemed really odd to me. On the Friday the bump was very painful and looked worse. I told my son to go to another clinic and get a second opinion. When he showed the second doctor the problem he immediately knew that the lump had to be lanced. When my son told him what the doctor as Strandherd Crossing Med Centre at told him, the doctor laughed. If this is the kind of treatment you get for a minor problem it makes me wonder if this clinic could be life threatening in more serious cases.
