Terrible staff who don't care and are over worked + take it out on patients. When paying a lab fee, the general manager accepted a $20 bill for a $15 fee and said he had no change. Had to insist on getting correct change. Owner routinely posts ads on walls of the waiting room and clinic offices for a condo/chalet he rents. Really reprehensible.
