My daughter went to the Lansdowne Dundas Medical Clinic @ 222 Lansdowne Avenue on August 12th because she was previously provided with a mismatch of forms and letter from this clinic. The college, up north, where she applied, needed the same doctor to sign both forms and letter. Unfortunately, the Doctor who had signed the forms was on holidays returning only in September (after the start of school) and the Doctor who had signed the letter after the fact was no longer at this clinic. All documentation were previously provided to fill up those forms but Dr. Ruchi N. Mohindra refused to redo those and oppose her signature because the documentation was not on file. Saving money by not photocopying and filing all documentation provided is one thing but charging the customer for a letter and OHIP for each visit because of a mistake done by the clinic is something else. What about the trust between colleagues? Would not recommend going there.
