The personnel are excellent in both labs. Both labs need a major update. They are small, cramped and the waiting room in both labs has furniture that came off the ark. The Tudor Village lab could gain more room if the powers that be would buy the space immediately adjacent to the present lab. A comment is needed about Peggy and Lori in particular. They have set a wonderful tone in the Tudor Village lab. Clients are greeted like old friends, with a teasing comment here and there which helps clients release tension. The parking situation is so bad at RIH itself that most of us get dropped off and then phone to be picked up when finished; far from an ideal. The renovation going on now needed to be done at least 10 years ago. There is life outside of the Lower Mainland and Kelowna.
