Glad I met Dr. Koole myself I enjoy the visits all though not often. I like the way she does things handles herself, shes to the point her nurse might seem in a hurry but hey thats life no big deal to me, In my opion shes not a hand holder. Reminds me of Dr. Phil.

Your new appointment system Sucks! How can I call at 9:07 a.m. and It's all booked up for that day ? Or what about us that are still working / Take a day off to see the doctor ? Your new system does me no good whatsoever . 1 would hate to part from Dr Hornich after 36 years but today i had to go to a walk in clinic as he was busy all week and could't take me ? as he is covering for Two other Doctors ? What are his own patients now! ground beef ?Your offices have taken a step up no doubt ! Your services a step down i'm afraid.

I'm very ill...which is why I made an appointment with the on call doctor in the first place. Fever, Extreme Sinus Pain, starting of an ear ache. I showed up on time and waited 1 hour 10 mins. to get into a exam room. 31 more minutes for the doc to come in. The exam and prescription took a few minutes to complete. If I knew the wait was this long I would of gone to St. Joe's Urgent Care on King Street. They are very nice here but if i ever need after hours care again, I won't be back to Rosedale Medical Group. I tried to change the rating to one star but the app won't allow me.
