Disappointed
Not been very impressed with this clinic. I have most recently been handed off to Dr. Botha, who does not apparently have any time to do her job professionally. In the latest appt, my son and I were given about 3 to 5 minutes of her time... When I asked if she had a moment for a different question, I was rudely told that she was already behind and that I would need to make another appt. 3 to 5 minutes! Seriously? I realize it was only half an hour until her lunch break, but come on! I only needed another 2 minutes. I miss my old family doctor. He actually gave you the time required to feel human. Unfortunately cancer doesn't discriminate. I will use a walk - in clinic next time.

Mad,..
Dr mawdsly is usless.. never has time always on vacation. Doesnt like to work and when she does she cuts her time down to ten minutes with everyone. Im assuming its cause she doesnt have time to work with all her vaccationing. Im getting a new doctor as well.

dc mawdsly is unhelpful, charges you when you dont show up yet when she doesnt show up its fine. she doesnt take her job or patients seriously. you have a short time limit to its strange that she never has time for you. its forever to get in i just started using the walk in till i can find a new doctor

I am very disappointed in Dr Mowdsley that works there. She is inconsiderate and unprofessional. I missed two appts, BUT I called and canceled in advance. She always has to rescheduale me because she is always taking time off, also I showed up one time and she wasnt there at all and I had to have a different Dr altogether. She is strictly in it for the money as she only lets you talk to her about one concern at a time so you have to make multiple appts, so she can keep raking in the medical payments for every separate booking. She dropped me as a patient because of my two missed appts which I find totally unprofessional when she doesn't even show up when she is scheduled too.

Room are too small. No place for the doctor to sit and listen which may be hard with a ten minute limit. The computer should be in each room so the doctor doesn't have to leave every once in a while to check on reports. When I pay $100 for a drivers physical I would like more than blood pressure(through clothes) and lung sounds taken through clothes. I would also like to see the medical posters in the rooms replaced by more pleasing paintings or posters. The waiting room is dreary and dark. It could use more comfortable chairs and more light. Otherwise my doctor isn't bad. I am used to eye to eye contact but I think that will come. I always have the feeling that he has something else on his mind.
