Staff left me in the waiting room for an hour on my first appointment to see Dr. Botha. Accused me of not checking in, no apology given. Left immediately and will not be back. Any doctor that hires and keeps staff like he has is probably not someone I'm interested in seeing.

The atmosphere in this clinic is not very friendly. The facility is nicely decorated, clean and modern, but the walls are so thin that you can hear the appointment being conducted in the next room. Not great for privacy or if helpful, friendly service is important to you. The Doctors and receptioninsts are efficient, if a bit curt, and usually run close to appointment schedules.
