My wife (Margaret) has had two rhzotomies this summer but from past experience with Dr Kumar she knows when a spot has been missed and further followup is required. She has followed the proper current process and had her Dr send a request for a consultation with Dr Goyle. Calls are answered by the receptionist who says that they don't talk to patients. On one occasion it was suggested that she talk to Kumar. I guess we'll have to have a sience. This individual did not even know what the Mayo clinic was. We just keep getting the run around where a simple followup would go along way to solve the problem. This process needs a rethink!!
