Dr. Ranjit Baboolal works for the Children's Aid Society in Thunder Bay. He will do whatever they tell him to do and if you bring your child to him, and he even suspects abuse (i.e. a bruise or other mark), he will report you and the CAS will attempt to take your child from you. Avoid him like the plague.
