Dr Chou orders a multitude of tests, but never seems to have the results at hand in subsequent appointments. Appointments are cancelled by her staff with only hours' notice. I recently brought my 88-year old mother in for a consult. We were there for 4-1/2 hours. For 90 minutes of that time, she was undressed, sitting on an exam table waiting for the doctor to enter the exam room. The manner in which she was treated was thoughtless, cruel and unacceptable. If you want to feel utterly devalued as a human being, Dr Chou's office is for you!
