Overall the staff nurses and doctors are very good.Need improvement in the reception area where some of the staffs are very rude and need to know how to deal with the people at large.I had a bitter experience at the emergency ward counter no 1 where a female staff rebuked me for asking assistance.

This hospital allows their staff to perform STD exams when nor required or qualified to do so.

The office staff dealing with Dr. Randy Moore are always there for the patient. They make sure that your waiting time is very reasonable
