went to emergency and because I was young was asked 3 times if I smoked dope. Told them 3 times no. After waiting over 3 hours they decided they should do a blood test. When I asked how long the results would take I was told between 1 hour and whenever. Very rude and un-professional. Explains on why when I read their provincial review , they were failing on every account and had given 3 people the wrong medication.

I received the most amazing care, every person was caring and patient, taking time to answer my questions and ease my worries. I was well taken care of and I thank every single person for their help. It seemed more than just a job, I was treated like a good friend. Thank you so much.
