I wish to point out that I found the reception staff the most unhelpful that I have ever come across either face to face or on the phone. I am trying to make an appointment for my mother that fits in with me and the clinic. All I get is that the scheduling staff are too busy to come to the phone and therefore it's not possible for anyone to help me make a satisfactory appointment. I have to come over from Cochrane and I work so trying to find a suitable time is very difficult to do when I am not able to talk to anyone that could help me. I have discussed this situation with other people in Cochrane and I have heard from others that they too have found the reception staff to be very unreasonable in this kind of situation. If explanations were given as to why things were not possible then that would help but to say that the scheduling staff are too busy to come to the phone to help with a scheduling situation is quite ridiculous.
