Hi. First thing reception ,never any staff at the reception when you have an appointment need to wait in line with the walkin When you call the Clininc you never get anyone to answer the phone need to leave your message. And if you need the walk in hours you may call all morning before you get todays message to find out if you can come in or not . Also I notice that when I'm in the in waithing room the phone can ring forever and no matter how many staff is in that area they look at the phone and don't bother to answer this is very frustrating to see . This morning I tried to get the walk in hours its 10;30 am still yesterdays message this is upsetting. I leave outisde of the city and I'm in town for the day I wish I could go to the clinic to renue a prescription..Now this is my first complain but it's been like this from the beginning of your clinic I don't understand how come you don't get any complaint and if you do I guess it doesn't matter nothing changes.If ever you need to reach me this is my phone number 613-446-5567 Thank you for taking the time for reading my complaint hope to see some improvement in the neer future....
