The only reason I go to this facility is because my family doctor joined them (thanks government of Ontario). The staff are rude and condescending. 9 time out of ten you are made to feel like a bother to these people. Whoever runs this place should be ashamed! The doctors should do something about this. Sadly, poor service is becoming more and more common in this city. Nobody cares...so sad.

The stuff are rude all the time and sometimes can’t even help you to look your appointment. The worst is DR. Hillier, stay away from him, it looks he’s only there to collect the contributable money. He’s always in rush and extremely rude … I would not advise anyone to go to that clinic and doctor Hillier.
