The doctor was 12 minutes behind to start. Part way through the exam I was given drops and told I would have to wait 10 Minutes. At this time she brought a walk in client into her office and left me waiting for over 20 minutes. Never even recieved an appoligy for having to wait on either occation. 45 minutes to get an eye exam and the walk in client was out in 20 minutes.
